David Millington

Director of Power Business Development 

David is the Director of Business Development for Frontier’s Power solution. He brings over a decade of energy and power industry experience. Prior to joining Frontier, David was a power consultant focused on strategy and operations improvement. During this period, he advised leading power and renewable energy companies in the areas of project strategy, development, engineering, construction, O&M, finance, and M&A. He held previous roles as the engineering lead of a U.S. offshore wind power company, and as a production allocation consultant within the upstream oil and gas industry. David relocated to the U.S. in 2018 (from the U.K.) and currently lives in New York City.
