Our Approach

Leveraging best-in-class aeroderivative turbine technology, Frontier’s Power Solutions have five core principles:
Proven Technology
Frontier’s aeroderivative turbines have been deployed worldwide. They are designed for both short- and long-term deployments and can be utilized indoors, outdoors in high/low temperature and high altitude locations.
Low-Cost Scalability
Frontier utilizes modular technology – scaling from tens of megawatts to gigawatts. This delivers cost efficiency while maximizing reliability. The turbines can be deployed in various configurations, including simple cycle, combined cycle, or combined heat/cooling.
Ultra-Low Maintenance
Aeroderivative turbines deliver industry-leading maintenance profiles. With major maintenance occurring after four years of non-stop operation, and an ability to replace an engine within 24 hours. The manufacturer Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) can be included in all deployments.
Load & Fuel Flexibility
The turbines can be operated efficiently between 50–100% load, ensuring reliability across a wide range of operational profiles. They are designed for multi-fuel flexibility — from pipeline-quality natural gas to methane, industrial gases, and up to 100% hydrogen — while delivering low NOx emissions (less than 15ppm) regardless of fuel composition.
Power System Integration
For facilities requiring multi-modal power solutions such as solar, wind, BESS, and thermal generation, the aeroderivative turbines can easily synchronize with other technologies, maximizing the value of the overall system.
