Sam Plishtin

Vice President of Corporate Development 

As Vice President of Corporate Development at Frontier, Sam brings +5 years in both investment banking advisory and project finance in the power sector. Prior to joining Frontier, Sam was an Investment Banking Associate at PEI Global Partners, a boutique investment bank in NYC focused on power, energy and infrastructure in North America. He has closed $750M+ across various merchant and contracted natural gas generation M&A and capital raising transactions, a first-of-its-kind project financing for a permanent magnet manufacturing plant and numerous renewables M&A deals in solar and battery storage. Sam holds a B.A. from Colby College.
